Oh, my goodness .... what have they done????????

Wednesday, July 16th . . . .

Well, the electrical work is underway. On Saturday --- the day after they built the shed --- I prime-painted the shed. On Monday the electrical guys came to start work. Monday they dug the trench you see in the photo to the left, to run the conduit from the main panel to the shed. Yesterday they ran the conduit and installed all the boxes and wiring in the shed. Today they are doing the 200-amp upgrade to my main panel. While they were working I put the topcoats of paint on the shed. Here's the final product!!! I'm getting excited....

Yeah....it does look good, if I do say so myself. It's just one coat actually of Sears Weatherbeater paint (over the primer, that is). It covered really well, and I'm surprised it only took me two days to do it (the top coat, that is). I painted all day, for those two days, pretty much the whole time the electricians were working, like 9 to 5!!!! It was hot, around 85 or so, but the trees in my back yard helped provide some shade and later some breezes. I must admit, I was plenty exhausted each day at the end, though....I slept well.
