July 22nd...I put the binding on the back today. It was a bit tougher to do than the top, because of the little sections surrounding the heelcap. July 23rd...Today I spent the day scraping down the binding and sanding the body. It took longer than I expected. Here are the results. I do still have some little gaps here and there, but I don't think it came out too badly! You can't really tell much from the two photos at the right, but the photos below should give you a better picture of how the binding turned out. |
