Above, the neck block. I have drilled and countersunk holes through the neck block, for the hex bolts and washers that will attach the neck to the body. |

Here is the side assembly in the mold, after I have glued the neck block and the tail block to the sides. The soundbox is beginning to take shape!! |
Here I am gluing the kerfing to the top and bottom edges of the sides. I am using regular old stationery clips, which fit perfectly over the angled kerfing, clamp tightly, and are readily available from any office supply store. |
