This is another attachment for the drill press. It has three cutters on the bottom, for planing away wood. You set the wood so its top surface is slightly above the bottom surface of the planer, turn on the drill press, and move the wood under the spinning Safety Planer. I have used it to thin down the face of my neck headstock.
